Returns//Exchange Process

 

Pre-Orders

Once your pre-order has been accepted, 50% of the sales amount will be non-refundable. After fulfillment of a pre-order, there will be no cancellation unless the shipment is an inevitable delay. In this instance, we will do our best to reverse the order if requested. Any delays, production changes, or cancellations will be communicated to the customer as soon as we confirm it.  Any other cancellation requests are at the discretion of Mimi Plange, and will be in the form Online Store Credit.

Returns

YOU MAY RETURN ANY PRODUCT ORDERED ON THE MIMIPLANGE.COM WEBSITE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE. RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.   ALSO, THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING (INCLUDING, IF POSSIBLE, THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY BOX) AND ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS.

Exchange Process

All returns/exchanges must include a completed return form. You may DOWNLOAD the RETURN FORM and follow the step-by-step instructions.

If you do not have an account, go to ORDER TRACKING, enter your order number and email address and click on the "Submit" link. Locate the desired order and click on "View Order". On the following page, click on the "Return or Exchange Items" link. Designate the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and select the reason for return/exchange. Specify the details of the desired item(s) you want to exchange. Finally, print the confirmation page to include in your return box. Mail returns and exchanges to this address:

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. Please use the prepaid return label from your original shipment. Affix the label to the outside of the box and leave it with designated carrier. No additional postage is required. If you misplace your return label, reprint a new label from ORDER TRACKING.

Refund Process

Once your package is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within seven business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. When processing your exchange, we automatically credit you in the original form of payment and reauthorize a new payment for your exchange. If you are executing a return/exchange and have used a banking or debit card, your financial institution's policies may result in an insufficient fund charge.

WEBSITE + PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

 For each product selected on the mimiplange.com website, a summary page before confirmation will be displayed featuring a photograph, description of the item(s) selected, its unit price and the total amount owed. Please verify that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming the order. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted for processing. While every effort is taken to ensure that the color and style of the Mimi Plange products displayed in photographs on the website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer equipment. Accordingly, Mimi Plange will not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of products displayed. Shipping fees charged for the original order will not be refunded. If you do not use our pre-paid shipping label, you will not be reimbursed for return shipping costs.

Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, a price adjustment will be offered if the original date of shipment was within ten days of the sale offering. Items not purchased at full price are not eligible for price adjustments. Please contact customer service to request a price adjustment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

mimiplange.com accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and PayPal®.

Your credit card is charged after shipment of the order.  When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, you will be given an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. When your order ships and your credit card is charged, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to the order.

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time at ORDER TRACKING.

REGISTERED USER BENEFITS

Registered users will not have to re-enter your credit card, shipping or billing information; when you place an order, they will be filled in automatically. In addition, registering makes gift giving simple. Your family and friends' information can be saved in your Address Book, so you avoid typing in their information each time you send a gift. ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION

To cancel an order you recently completed, simply go to ORDER TRACKING, log in and then click "cancel the order." If you would like to change your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. However, our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, an order cannot be canceled or changed after it enters the shipping process.

INTERNET TRANSACTION SECURITY

Several steps have been taken to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our e-commerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

For your  security and protection, if we find any suspicion of fraudulent activity regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.
