SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Mimi Plange Studio ships selected works, editions, archival pieces, objects, textiles,
and other studio offerings within the continental United States and to select international destinations.

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping timelines vary by item.
Ready-to-ship pieces typically arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch,
depending on the destination. Custom, made-to-order, archival, fragile, oversized,
or project-based works may require additional preparation, special handling, or coordinated delivery.

Expedited shipping may be available for select ready-to-ship items.
When available, requests confirmed by 2 PM ET, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays,
will begin processing the same business day.
Requests confirmed after 2 PM ET will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping options, delivery timelines, packaging requirements, and charges vary by item, destination,
and carrier availability. All applicable shipping costs will be confirmed before final purchase,
commission approval, or project agreement.

If a delivery is refused, the item will be returned to the studio.
Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued for the item and any applicable taxes.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
