RETURN POLICY

Mimi Plange Studio offers selected works, editions, archival pieces,
objects, textiles, and studio offerings.
Because many pieces are limited, made-to-order, custom, archival, or project-based,
return eligibility varies by item.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery,
provided they are unused, unaltered, undamaged, and returned
in their original condition with all original packaging included.

Final Sale Items

Custom work, made-to-order pieces, commissioned projects, archival pieces, limited editions, objects,
textile works, sale items, and any item marked final sale are not eligible for return,
exchange, cancellation, or refund unless otherwise stated in writing.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved in advance.
To request a return, please contact info@mimiplange.com within 14 calendar days
of delivery with your order details and reason for return.

Approved returns must be shipped according to the instructions provided by the studio.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected,
eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Original shipping, handling, packaging, insurance, and
delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@mimiplange.com
within three business days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.

Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
